Specific Terms & Conditions for all Listings handled by VSR [(+91) 77025 62321] : Any listing(s) submitted directly / indirectly to VSR [(+91) 77025 62321] or submitted through any of VSR's associates via SMS / voice call / whatsapp / Email / etc. is deemed to have been submitted by the customer only after going through in complete and also accepting in complete all the terms & conditions as outlined and briefly described and included in this page. 1. Kindly make payment as per listing option to Bank A/C # or to the BHIM UPI No. 2. Send the "UPI Ref No / Trans Ref No" via whatsapp / email message to (+91) 77025 62321 or to our local vanapria.com local area level asscociate who is already in contact with you. 3. After making payment, you can send us the required listing details directly via whatsapp to (+91) 77025 62321 or alternately through our local vanapria.com local area level asscociate. 4. Any payments for any kind of listings are to be PREFERABLY made to the above given UPI Nos so as to enable prompt / faster processing by our back-end work-flow processes. Listings will be displayed on first come first served basis within each Category & Level. First Come Fisrt Served listing basis will be based on payment reflected in our Bank A/C. 5. You will be contacted by our local area associate on same day or the next working day for the verification of your listing and / or assistance in understanding the listing options. 6. Our associate will verify himself / herself by quoting your "UPI / Transaction Ref No" . 7. Our associate will explain any listing option details if requested by the customer and also request the customer to send a plian text SMS of the listing details and the UPI / Transaction Ref no to the above given SMS No. or to the associate's mobile no. [This SMS from the customer will be treated as a short-term digital record of the customer authorising the listing (as a digital alternative to the customer submitting a filled-up "hard paper" listing booking), so as to avoid hard copy use and minimise use of paper. 8. Any additional payment that may be necessary due to any change of listing option shall be paid only to the above given Bank A/C # or BHIM UPI Nos only. No other payment or form of payment shall be done by customer! 9. The listing will be online within 24 hours of our associate verifying the listing requirement with the customer and subject to verification of any additional payment made, if necessary. No changes or modifications will be accepted on any listing once visible online ! 10. If we, sometimes, find it necessary to reject any confirmed listing / provisional listing due to any reason(s) whatsoever, any payment already made will be refunded back to the original Bank A/C No or the BHIM UPI No from which the original payment has been received. Any internantional refunds shall be done as per applicable banking channels within 6-8 weeks. 11. Refund Policy: All Paid Listing Customers are expected to fully beforehand clearly understand the way vanakuri.com group of web platforms work and only then make a paid listing. For more on this matter, Customers may contact their local vanapria.com associate or the Customer Suport number for any assistance in understanding regarding this. Every Paid Listing Customer has to compulsorily check their paid listing on the website(s) within 2 working days of making their payment. In case any Customer is unsatisfied with the specific position and / or category of their paid listing, the Customer may ask for, in writing, for a refund of payment made, direct to the Customer Feedback No given on the web platform. Delayed Requests will not be entertained. 12. Any Bank A/C payments or any Non "BHIM UPI" payments to our Bank A/C / BHIM UPI Nos will also be accepted but the actual listing process may tend to be slower by 2 working days due to certain FI-related technical reasons and / or our back-end work flow processes... |

All listings, classified or unclassified, are accepted subject to the condition that the submitted listing & its content matter is clear and is within legally acceptable / legally allowable content on india based public web platforms and is also subject to full compliance with all existing and applicable indian govt law and the listing party, by using our services, accepts the onus and responsibility to abide by the same and fully indemnify VSR and all related associates in any & all aspects related to, and that may arise, subsequent to the customer's listing being made visible online by VSR . All such services, free, nominal, paid or of sponsored category, offerred at anytime, or from anywhere, or by anyone or any person on VSR's behalf are strictly subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts that are strictly located within the geographical limits of Hyderabad City [Telangana State, India] only. VSR reserves the right to accept / modify / reject the type and contents of any listings submitted by any customer to enable a better understanding of the customer's listing by any visitor to any / all of vanakuri.com group web platforms or any user of VRS's advertisements and listings services.
